As the head of the marketing partners program at Pinterest, Michael (@mikeakka) is responsible for growing and managing the ecosystem of strategic technology partners working with some of the largest brands and advertisers around the world and helping drive their successes on Pinterest. The Pinterest Marketing Partners program that Michael leads has over 40 technology partners and spans four specialties: advertising, content marketing, audiences and measurement. Before joining Pinterest, Michael was a global vice president at Kenshoo, an enterprise digital marketing software company. Michael regularly speaks at conferences about the intersection of marketing and technology and is currently saving ideas about rooms with views.
