Dr. Hannah Fry

Dr. Hannah Fry is a senior lecturer in the Mathematics of Cities at University College London. She studies patterns in human behavior applied to a wide range of social problems and questions, from shopping and transport to urban crime, riots and terrorism. Alongside her academic position, Hannah’s expertise has led to the development of several BBC2 documentaries including Ten Things You Need To Know About The Future, City in the Sky, and Britain’s Greatest Inventions; and her long running BBC Radio 4 show The Curious Cases of Rutherford and Fry. Hannah’s third book Hello World (Penguin Random House/Transworld) is due to be released in September 2018.
